    The second of three suspects wanted in connection with the beating and shooting of a man Thursday afternoon has been arrested, according to the Selma Police Department.

DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

A Houston County Sheriff's Office investigation into sexual abuse of a child has led to an arrest.

James Roscoe Windham, 35, was arrested and charged with four counts of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years old.

A Dothan resident, Windham was transported to the Houston County Jail and is being held on $120,000 bond.

Earlier this month, the Houston County Sheriff's Office received information of sexual abuse of a child. Investigators were led to two victims under the age of 12 who had been abused in the past 36 months.
