Five arrested in Prattville on illegal alcohol sales, drug charges

PRATTVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

Law enforcement from Autauga, Montgomery and Chilton County's, along with the Millbrook Police Department, conducted an investigation over the weekend involving alleged illegal alcohol sales, stolen property, and illicit drugs at a home in Prattville.

The home, located on Rosa Mae Lane, was raided by a multi-jurisdictional team that included narcotics, patrol, K-9, and other officers, said Captain Jim Steele, Chief Investigators at the Autauga County Sheriff's Office.

Citizens called to report that, "a pending function was to take place," Steele said and that complaints had been filed in the past.

Arrested were: Xavier E. Albright, 24, of Autaugaville, Edward L. Davis, 46, of Prattville, Franklin J. Howard, 30, of Prattville, Allen D. Saleary, 18, of Montgomery, and Leonardo A. Allen, 29, of Prattville.

Also issued Non-Traffic Citations was Patricia S. Howard, 50, of the Independence community for allegedly selling alcohol and tobacco products without a license.
