It's a dream come true for one Montgomery teenager.
The Shoppes at EastChase teamed up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Georgia and Alabama, to send thirteen-year-old Kristen Odom on a shopping spree.
Kristen suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, a type of neuromuscular disease.
She expressed her wish to go on a shopping spree to buy new clothes, make up, a cell phone, and a laptop, and it all came true Tuesday evening.
Kristen's dad Robert, mom Tracy, and cousin Caitlin all participated in the wish.
Vicki A. Lawrence, Marketing Manager for the Shoppes at EastChase, said "We are honored that Kristen and the Make-a-Wish Foundation chose us to be a part of her wish."
Also as a part of her wish, Kristen arrived in style at the Shoppes at Eastchase, as Touch of Class Limo drove she and her family for the day.
Kristen says she loves to shop and was very excited about having her wish granted.
Her mother says with Kristen's limited mobility and struggle with her disease, this shopping spree really meant a lot.
