Gotta make this note quick and to the point - getting close to news time.
A state agency is keeping a close eye on some security companies after consumer complaints over their high-pressure sales techniques.  What you should know about the situation in our top story.
There's a controversy afoot over the state funding a Confederate Memorial Park just north of Prattville.  We'll tell you why the state continues to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars there.
And, when it rained, it poured in Tallapoosa and Lee Counties...more than 4 inches in some places.  Street flooding forced the evacuation of a nursing home in Alex City.
