MORE STUDENTS THAN EXPECTED

 

Bursting at the seams!  Schools in Elmore and Autauga counties are seeing more students than expected.  We'll take a look at how administrators are dealing with the issue.

More time!  That's what attorneys for the seven remaining defendants in the statehouse corruption case are requesting.  Judge Myron Thompson set October 3rd as the retrial date. We'll tell you about a possible new date.

Slow Down.  Add Opelika to the list of cities catching speeders in the act with red light cameras.  The city council has passed a resolution to have them installed.  Selma and Montgomery already use them.

History Beautiful.  Federal money is headed our way to spruce up our civil rights history.   Montgomery is getting assistance to redesign a one mile segment of the Selma to Montgomery National Historic trail.  We'll tell you what's in store.
