A SLOW-MOVING TROPICAL DEPRESSION IN THE GULF IS PACKING A POTENTIAL PUNCH. WEATHER FORECASTERS SAY IT COULD DUMP SEVERAL INCHES OF RAIN ALONG THE COAST. LOUISIANA'S GOVERNOR HAS OFFICIALLY DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY. METEOROLOGIST JOSH JOHNSON WILL HAVE THE LATEST IN THE FORECAST ON TODAY IN ALABAMA.
