Authorities in Birmingham evacuate dozens of homes...

The remnants of Tropical Storm Lee still causing problems for our state. Dozens of home were evacuated today in Birmingham and its suburbs after rare urban flooding.  We'll show you the pictures of the rescues and Rich updates the "back to work/school forecast" for tomorrow.
In the Wiregrass, folks put out the "welcome mat" for the rain they've gotten from Lee.  They've been burning up down there with no rain for weeks.
Here is Montgomery, after the promoters of the Jazz on the Grass Festival looked at the forecast for the weekend, they quickly worked with the city to move their concert under the Train Shed downtown.  We were there as the hearty jazz fans filled the narrow venue.
The judge in the immigration lawsuit trial makes a key decision today on how the allegations will be heard.
And, who will be the starting quarterback for the Tide this weekend against Penn State?  We'll ask Coach Saban...coming up in sports with Derek Steyer.
