Inwoods Restaurant's Lumpia

1 lb ground chuck

1 lb ground turkey

1 onion

3 stalks celery


green onion leaves

water chestnuts

lumpia wrapper


black pepper

Chop all vegetables and set aside.

Brown both meats in a pan. Drain excess fat from pan.

Saute meats with garlic, onions, black pepper, and salt.

Take sauteed meats out of pan and place in a large bowl. Let meats sit for 3 minutes then mix with uncooked vegetables and let everything cool down.

Once it is cooled, take a spoonful of meat and vegetables and place on lumpia wrapper. Roll meat in the lumpia wrapper and deep fry.
