THE LEGISLATURE'S REAPPORTIONMENT COMMITTEE HAS SCHEDULED 21 PUBLIC HEARINGS AROUND THE STATE TO GET CITIZENS' VIEWS ON HOW TO REDESIGN LEGISLATIVE DISTRICTS TO REFLECT THE LATEST CENSUS. WE'LL TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THE ISSUE AND TELL YOU WHEN AND WHERE THOSE HEARINGS WILL BE HELD...THIS MORNING ON TODAY IN ALABAMA.

SOME NORTH ALABAMA STUDENTS PUT THE CONFEDERATE FLAG ON A TRUCK IN THEIR HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE. OFFICALS AT THEIR HIGH SCHOOL HAVE SUSPENDED SEVERAL OF THE STUDENTS INVOLVED IN THE INCIDENT. THIS MORNING ON TODAY IN ALABAMA, A CHANCE TO TELL US IF YOU THINK THEIR PUNISHMENT WAS WARRANTED.
