THIS MORNING WASHINGTON HAS A DEAL TO AVOID A GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN FRIDAY. THE SENATE PASSED IT LAST NIGHT JUST HOURS BEFORE THEY THOUGHT AID FOR DISASTER VICTIMS MIGHT RUN OUT. WE'LL HAVE THE LATEST FROM WASHINGTON.

THE DEATH OF A TUSKEGEE MAN IS RAISING A LOT OF QUESTIONS FOR HIS SISTER OUT OF NEW JERSEY. HE DIED AFTER HIS CAR RAN OFF THE ROAD LAST WEEK, BUT HIS BODY WASN'T FOUND UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. HIS SISTER WANTS TO KNOW WHY. HEAR FROM HER THIS MORNING ON TODAY IN ALABAMA.
