Police make arrests in Oak Park shooting

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Montgomery Police Department has arrested four people for the shooting that sent eight to the hospital on Saturday in the Oak Park Neighborhood.

According to police, 21-year-old Marvin Nikia Gaston, 23-year-old Thadeuss Darnell Jones, 21-year-old Otis Rashad Jones and 19-year-old Sandriquez Hall were all arrested and charged with Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Marvin Nikia Gaston also has an additional murder charge listed in police documents. It is now immediately known if that charge is also related to this case.

Gaston and Hall are being held at the Montgomery County Jail on $500,000 bond; both Thadeuss and Otis Jones are being held on $250,000 bond.
