WSFA RECIPE FOR SEPT 28,2011 

PIGGIE EN CROUTE!

(A FANCY WAY OF SAYING SAUSAGE IN A CRUST) 

1 POUND SAUSAGE

8 OZ CREAM CHEESE

1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDER

HOT SAUCE TO TASTE

LARGE CRESENT ROLLS 

HEAT OVEN TO 350.  COOK SAUSAGE, DRAIN AND PAT DRY AND CRUMBLE

BLEND IN CREAM CHEESE , SHREDDED CHEDDER AND HOT SAUCE TO TASTE

TAKE ONE CRESENT ROLL AND MAKE A STAR BURST….PUT SAUSAGE MIXTURE ON CRESENT AND THEN FOLD UP POINT  

BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND ENJOY!
