MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery police say they've filed a total of 30 assault charges and arrested an additional person in connection with the September 24 shooting at Oak Park that injured 8 people.
Police say the fifth suspect is 20-year-old Quintell Tarrance.
Tarrance was arrested Thursday night at his residence and charged with three counts of First-Degree Assault and three counts of Second-Degree Assault.
He is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $135,000 bond.
