Alabama returns home to take on the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday, October 8, in Bryant-Denny Stadium. Vanderbilt enters the game at 3-1 overall and 1-1 in SEC play after suffering their first loss of the season on Sept. 24, by a score of 21-3 at South Carolina. The Crimson Tide leads the series with the Commodores 58-19-4 (60-18-4 before forfeited and vacated games).

RANKINGS 

In the latest polls released Oct. 2, Alabama moved up to No. 2 in the Associated Press Top 25 and dipped one spot to No. 3 in the USA Today Coaches' Poll. Vanderbilt is not ranked in either poll.

NEXT GAME

The Crimson Tide travels to Oxford to take on Mississippi on Saturday, October 15.
