BANANAS FOSTER FLAMBE WAFFLE SANDWICH
A BOX OF FROZEN WAFFLES TOASTED
2 BANANAS
1 STICK OF BUTTER
1 CUP OF BROWN SUGAR
CINNAMON
COOKED SAUSAGE PATTIES
BRANDY OR WHISKY…OPTIONAL
TAKE BANANAS AND SLICE
MELT BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN WITH BUTTER…STIR UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY AND THEN ADD CINNAMON AND BANANAS, SIMMER
ARRANGE WAFFLES ON A PLATE WITH SAUSAGE SANDWICHED IN BETWEEN THEM
POUR HOT BANANA SAUCE ON TOP AND TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM
IF YOU WANT IT TO FLAMBE ADD A COUPLE OF TABLESPOONS BRANDY OR WHISKY AND LIGHT BEFORE SPOONING IT OVER WAFFLES
