The Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission has filed an amended complaint against former Montgomery County Judge Patricia Warner.
The amended complaint, nearly 50 pages longer than the original 127 page complaint, goes into much more details about the allegations against the former judge.
The allegations have to do with the way Warner administered her courtroom, which dealt with divorces, custody battles and other issues.
The allegations charge Judge Warner with unfairly treating many of the parties in proceedings before her court.
The complaint features six counts and 74 charges against the judge.
Another pre-trial hearing is set for late October.
Warner stepped down from the bench in June, just six months into her second term.
She has denied any wrongdoing in her response to the Inquiry Commission.
