Crumbly Topped Broccoli Casserole

1 lb. of fresh or frozen broccoli

2 small carrots julienne

1/2 cup of crushed up left over croutons or you can use bread crumbs already prepared

2 tbs. of butter

1/4 cup of toasted almonds

3 tbs. of shredded Parmesan

1/2 tsp. of garlic salt

Steam veggies for about 8-10 minutes in a small skillet, toast almonds, and bread crumbs in butter. Add the rest of the veggies in a bowl and sprinkle with topping.
