(FOX19) - Hamilton County Commissioners will vote on a plan to close the $14 million dollar deficit in the stadium fund.
Commissioners Chris Monzel and Todd Portune have approved a resolution that will restore the property tax rollback to the full 30-percent that was agreed upon in 1996 to build Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ball Park.
The county will sell Drake hospital to UC Health for $15 million dollars, which covers the stadium shortfall through next year.
After that, the county will use $8 million dollars in casino revenues and another million in parking garage subsidies to cover most of the shortfall.

So how could Commissioners debate whether or not to give taxpayers the rebate or not if it was approved as part of the stadium deal in 1996?
