Immigration injunction; Sandusky Faces Accusers

Good Morning!

Alabama's Attorney General weighs in on the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to review Arizona's immigration law. It's similar to the law passed in Alabama a few months ago. At issue, whether it's the federal government's job to regulate immigration. We'll have the latest this morning on Today in Alabama.

Also this morning, a live report from Melissa Johnson on the Penn State scandal. It's headed to court today. Former assistant coach, Jerry Sandusky, will face some of his accusers in the courtroom today. Find out what is expected to happen during those proceedings.

And several Alabama counties are getting help rebuilding after the April tornadoes. The U.S. Department of Agriculture is stepping in with money for farmers who lost everything to heavy rain, high winds and hail.
