NEW ORLEANS, LA (WTVM) – Al.com reported Sunday that Harvey Updydke was seen near the upcoming BCS Championship game this weekend.

A picture posted on al.com which says Harvey Updyke was seen on Bourbon Street. 

A second picture, which was sent to the site Sunday night.

Updyke, is still awaiting trial on charges he poisoned the famous Toomer's oak trees after last year's Iron Bowl.
