THE BIG MAC DADDY OF MAC AND CHEESE 

½  POUND OF COOKED BEEF (OR CHICKEN)

1 BOX OF KRAFT MAC AND CHEESE

½ CUP OF PARM

1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEDDER

DICED PEPPER AND ONION SAUTEED IN BUTTER

1 STICK OF BUTTER

1 ROLL OF RITZ CRACKERS

SALT AND PEPPER AND HOT SAUCE TO TASTE

 

SAUTEE PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND SET ASIDE

COOK MAC AND CHEESE ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS

ADD COOKED PEPEPRS AND ONIONS AND BEEF AND STIR WELL

ADD PARM AND ½ CUP OF CHEESE

MELT BUTTER AND CRUSH UP RITZ CRACKERS AND MIX

PUT MAC AND CHEESE MIXTURE IN LIGHTLY GREASED CASSEROLE DISH

TOP WIH REMAINING CHEESE AND BUTTERY CRUMBS…BAKE AT 350 UNTIL HOT AND BUBBLY
