Today is the last day to register to vote in the upcoming presidential primary, which will be held on March 13th. In order to register, one must be an Alabama resident, 18 years of age and a legal U.S. citizen. If you have a felony conviction or have been declared mentally incompetent in a court, you are not eligible to register to vote.
Citizens can register to vote at any Montgomery County Probate Tag office, city and county library branch, county health department and the Board of Registrars office, which located at 100 S. Lawrence Street. You may also download a form at www.montgomeryelectioncenter.org
Election Day is Tuesday, March 13th. Polls will be open from 7:00 am until 7:00 p.m.
