TROY, AL (WSFA) -

Troy police are confirming the arrests of two additional suspects involved in a burglary Monday that ended with a third suspect in the ICU of a local hospital. They're also revealing more details surrounding the crime.

The incident happened at a home on Martha George Hall Drive around 2:00am. The homeowners were in their bedroom when someone kicked in the front door.

Parrish Bean and Deanna McCleod, both 20-year-old Troy residents, were arrested late in the day as accomplices to 21-year-old Thomas White III. White, whom police say was carrying a firearm, was taken to Troy Regional Medical Center after the homeowners defended themselves with a knife.

Bean and McCleod are both charged with one count of Burglary 1st Degree, two counts of Robbery 1st Degree, and two counts of Attempted Murder. Their bonds are set at $500,000 each.

White, and the homeowners, were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. The couple was released later, but White remains in the ICU.

Police say when they arrived on the scene, the wife advised them that her husband was holding White down on the living room floor. He sustained injuries to his back and legs.

Once he's released from the hospital, he'll face the same charges and received the same bond as Bean and McCleod.
