PRATTVILLE, AL (WSFA) -

Prattville police are looking for a man they believe to be responsible for armed robbery at several area businesses.

Three stores have now been targeted: Marco's Pizza on McQueen Smith Road, Pay Day Loans on South Memorial Driver and The UPS Store on Legends Parkway.

Police say the Pay Day Loans store was robbed Monday after the suspect told the clerk he was carrying a weapon.

Wednesday, authorities say a suspect walked in to The UPS Store around 10am and told the employee he wanted the register's money. After seeing other employees in the back of the store, investigators say the suspect ran out of the door. Nothing was taken during the attempt and no one was injured.

Less than two hours later at 11:30am, security cameras inside Marco's Pizza captured the suspect's image as he came into the store. The man, in his 20's, weighing approximately 190 pounds and standing approximately 5 feet 10 inches, showed employees his weapon. He ran from the establishment with an unknown amount of money.

In all three cases the suspect was reported to have driven away in a red Nissan, possibly a newer model Maxima. During the Marco's robbery, eye witnesses reported a partial license plate number "AZ".

Anyone having any information concerning these robberies or the suspect or asked to call the Prattville Police Department at 361-3671 or the Secret Witness number 365-2220. Do not approach the suspect should you see him.
