Chocolate Easter Bunnies

2 cups milk chocolate pieces

1/2 cup pecan meal

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/8 teaspoon vanilla

1 6 inch bunny candy mold

Melt chocolate over a double boiler slowly. After chocolate is completely melted, add pecan meal, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly and pour into bunny mold, making sure not to over pour your mold. Place chocolate mold in refrigerator until firm. You can also add 1 tablespoon rice crispies to the basic recipe above.

This recipe makes 3 6 inch bunnies.
