HOUSTON, TX (WBRC) -
HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy is now living in a halfway house for prisoners in Houston, Texas. Scrushy was moved from a federal prison, in preparations for his release.
A prison website says the one-time executive is set for release on July 25.
Scrushy still has an appeal before the U.S. Supreme Court on his bribery conviction.
His wife and young children now live near him in Texas.
