Motive Wanted in Shooting

Authorities in Dale County are still searching for a motive in a shooting that left a woman dead. Authorities say 22-year-old Thomas Michael Presley shot and killed his stepmother and then turned the gun on himself.  Ms. Presley was pronounced dead on the scene. Her step son is in the hospital. No charges have been filed.

A suspect is now in custody, charged with rape in connection with two sexual assaults at a mobile home park. Andre Lamon Ellis is being held on two warrants of first degree rape and one count of burglary. The alleged crimes happened in March at the Hunter's Mountain mobile home park in Troy.

The city of Montgomery is set to release a PSA that targets people who wear saggy pants.  It's called "Man Up."  Recently, the city council passed a resolution on saggy pants, but there is no law against it.
