Lemon Snaps

1 package of lemon cake mix
1 cup of rice crispies
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon of grated lemon

In a large bowl, mix all of your ingredients. Use your hands if you want to. Mixed dough will be crumbly. Shape into one inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool. Then drizzle with lemon icing.

Lemon Icing

1 cup of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of water

Mix together and drizzle with spoon onto cooled cookies. Add a kiss of yellow food coloring if you want to.
