Handcuffed and Arrested!


Drama at the Statehouse on the last day of the regular legislative session. More than half a dozen people were arrested while protesting the state's immigration law. Today's arrests happened just as the Alabama Senate voted to revise parts of the law.  

Meanwhile, a conference committee is using the last day of the session to work out differences between the House and Senate over the state's $5.5 billion education budget. Republican Representative Jay Love believes a compromise will be reached before the session ends at midnight.   

One student is behind bars and several more could face serious trouble for a school prank.  It's believed several students were trying place dead fish around the Auburn High School campus. Tonight, a look at how one officer was injured when called to the scene. 

 And, Jubilee Cityfest is just days away. Starting this Friday, downtown Montgomery will come alive with music and the arts. Our Tametria Conner will breakdown all the activities and tell you what you WON'T have to pay for!
