SMITHS STATION, AL (WSFA) -

One man is dead following a car wreck near Smiths Station Saturday around 6:45pm.

59-year-old Roger Williams was killed when his car collided with an oncoming vehicle at the intersection of Lee County Road 242 and 239.

State troopers are still investigating this accident.
