WESTLAKE, OH (WOIO) -
A 32-year-old woman was slapped with several charges after a drunken incident in Westlake.
Crystal Butchart stopped her car in the travel lane of I-90 at 1:30 a.m. on May 9. She told Westlake officers that she smoked PCP and took prescription drugs. An open bottle of Jagermeister was found in her car.
Police say that Butchart, who had urinated on herself, tried to charm the officers by telling them they were "so handsome."
Butchart was arrested for OVI, open container, seat belt and lane usage.
She failed to show up for her court date, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Lorain Police stopped her at 2:17 a.m. on May 21, and Westlake officers picked her up.
