MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Montgomery Police Department reopened two lanes of Interstate 85 southbound around 7:30pm Tuesday, several hours after an 18-wheeler and two automobiles became involved in a wreck.
Details are limited, but authorities say at least one person was injured.
The wreck happened at the Union Street exit (MM1) just before the Perry Street bridge.
Traffic was rerouted down a nearby service road. All lanes will be open once the tractor-trailer is removed from the scene.
