PHIL CAMPBELL, AL (WAFF) -
The premiere of the movie "I'm with Phil" is Thursday.
The film, about 20 people named Phil Campbell, helped the town recover from the April 27 tornado.
That screening starts at 7 p.m. at the Phil Campbell campus of Northwest Shoals Community College.
The event is free, but they will be taking donations for Phil Campbell of La Farge, Wisconsin. He drove down to Phil Campbell in his van full of power tools to help with the clean-up effort. Wisconsin Phil didn't have much money for the trip and slept in his van.
Shortly after he returned home, his wife was diagnosed with lung cancer.
