Family and friends began to say their final goodbyes to the three young men killed at a pool party in Auburn.
Hundreds of people lined up outside Hadley High School in Roanoke, Alabama for the funeral of Ladarious Phillips.
Many wore shirts with Phillips picture on it. They say he was not just known in the town for being a football player but for mentoring young men and women.
Cameras were not allowed inside during the service nevertheless people outside had plenty to say about Phillips.
Katina Battle's son was close with Phillips and was actually with him the day he died said, "He [Phillips] was actually trying to break it up. He was truly a trooper. He was a great guy and a real asset to the community."
A service was also held for Demario Pitts Friday in Lochapoka, Alabama. The funeral for Ed Christian will be Saturday in Valdosta, Georgia.
