HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
One man was cut during an altercation with his brother.
The victim told police he was driving down Elton Road with his girlfriend and brother, Emmanuel Lacy. He stopped at the intersection of Grizzard Road. He said Lacy pulled out a knife and cut him on the shoulder and behind the ear.
The victim said he and his girlfriend got out of the car and called police.
Lacy then drove away with the victim's car.
Lacy was later arrested and charged with domestic violence second degree and theft of property first degree.
