MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Two people were arrested Tuesday after witnesses saw them fighting in a moving vehicle.
Police said motorists called to report a couple fighting in their vehicle driving down US Highway 431 towards Madison County.
The couple stopped and got out of their car to continue their fight.
Marshall County deputies responded to the scene and broke up the fight between Sheila Wiessner and Joseph McClure.
Officers determined the two had been fishing and were intoxicated. A verbal argument started and escalated into a physical fight. The source of the fight is unclear.
Wiessner and McClure were charged with domestic violence third degree.
