Two months after being arrested on a driving under the influence charge, Lost star Matthew Fox posed for his mug shot at a central Oregon jail.
Fox lives in Bend with his family. He was stopped on suspicion of driving under the influence in May.
Police in Bend said an officer noticed Fox failing to signal properly or stay within a lane of traffic. During the ensuing stop, the officer decided Fox was driving under the influence and took him to the Deschutes County Jail.
Deschutes County Jail deputies said the jail's photo machine was broken on the night he was taken into custody, and as a result, no mug shot was available.
Over the weekend, Fox went to the jail to have his photo taken.
