LOWNDES CO., AL (WSFA) -

Three men arrested after causing a disturbance in a Lowndes County courtroom are now out of jail. WSFA 12 News confirms Antonio Payne, Alceniour Moorer and Christopher Moorer were released Tuesday afternoon.

They were arrested Monday before a hearing for Deandra Lee.

Authorities say the men harassed Lee while walking into court, and one of them actually made physical contact with him.

Lee is the suspect in the murders of Montgomery twins Jordan and Taylor DeJirnett and their caregiver, Jac Mac Girdner.

The men are the twins' uncles.
