PHOENIX (CBS5) -
For the second time this week, a naked man believed to be high on drugs has been arrested by Valley police.
Police said a man crashed a rental truck into a Phoenix house early Wednesday morning.
Daniel Demaio and Eli Chadwick said they were outside working on their car when the rental truck came speeding down their street and crashed into their neighbor's home.
They said the man jumped out of the truck and ran off wearing no pants.
Police believe the half-naked driver was high on drugs.
The homeowner, who lives alone with his dogs, was sleeping in the back bedroom. He's going to be OK.
After the truck was towed off, fire officials deemed the house unlivable until further notice.
Police tracked down the driver at a home a couple blocks away after finding his wallet in pants that were left in the truck.
He was booked for an outstanding warrant.
