MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Warrants are now out for a man after he failed to show up for his trial in Marshall County.
Mackdilo Sparkman was charged with sexually abusing a mentally challenged teenager in 2009.
Investigators said Sparkman was an Etowah County group home employee who took two boys to the Guntersville Fourth of July fireworks show in 2009 but later stopped at his Boaz home and sexually abused one of the boys on their way back to the group home.
