The RSA Tower Complex is considered the trophy of the Retirement Systems of Alabama's Montgomery office portfolio. This complex consists of the RSA Tower, the tallest building in the capital. The RSA Tower is a highly visible architectural landmark and a symbol of the renaissance of downtown Montgomery.
The RSA Tower was built in 1997 and is a 23-story Class A office building. It contains 613,660 square feet of rentable office space, as well as the 20,000 square foot RSA Helen Hunt Early Learning Center and the 12,000 square foot RSA Activities Center. The asset also includes two structured parking garages and the RSA Pavilion Park.
The RSA Tower is located at 201 Monroe Street, the RSA Helen Hunt Early Learning Center at 300 Monroe Street, and the RSA Activity Center at 201 Dexter Avenue, as well as two nearby garage structures known as the RSA Capital Deck and the RSA Tower Deck, located at 501 Monroe Street. The RSA Pavilion Park at 355 Monroe Street is a tribute to Montgomery's history and six unsung heroes who helped shape the city of Montgomery
