17 people were hurt when a man opened fire on the Copper Top Bar last Tuesday. Today, the bar is back open as people in the area try and get back to normal.
Managers opened the Copper Top this weekend. They say they could have opened sooner but they wanted to make sure employees were emotionally ready.
Along with other charges, 44-year-old Nathan Wilkins is also charged with 18 counts of attempted murder in the shooting spree.
