Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley is traveling to Henry County as part of his "Road to Economic Recovery Tour" of the state.
The governor will be in the southeast Alabama county Friday to speak with residents, business owners and local leaders about job creation and ways to make government more efficient.
Stops planned by Bentley include at 12:30 p.m. at Huggin' Molly's Restaurant in Abbeville and at 2:30 p.m. at the Great Southern Wood plant in Abbeville.
The governor has made the creation of new jobs a goal of his administration and has been traveling across the state as part of his plan.
