A judge will officially read a Limestone County man's charges at an arraignment hearing Tuesday morning.
James Pigg is accused of murdering his grandmother. Investigators said he beat Barbara Delaney with a hammer then shot her at her home on Lydia Corey Road in March.
Pigg lived with Delaney at the time of the murder.
