1 and 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
2 tsp of vanilla
1 1/3 cup of shredded zucchini
Mix all of the ingredients together. Now grease a 9X5X3 bread pan and back at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
