Paul Raymond Frassrand (Source: Montgomery Co. Sheriff's Dept.)
Investigators have taken a 38-year-old suspect into custody and charged him with murder following a fatal shooting at a Montgomery mobile home park over the weekend.
Paul Frassrand is now charged with homicide in the death of 72-year-old man Artis Jackson.
Montgomery police units were called to the scene of a shooting around 3:15pm Sunday in the 5000 block of Longleaf Pine Drive. Once on the scene, investigators found Jackson inside his home. He'd been shot in the head.
Jackson was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police took Frassrand into custody and placed him in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
A motive was not immediately known in this case.
Mr. Jackson is Montgomery's 17th homicide victim of 2012.
