Huntsville police arrested a man on child porn charges Tuesday.
Investigators said 53-year-old Herman Oscar Watkins attempted to develop photos of nude children at two area Walmart stores.
The children in the photos are not local, according to police, and the pictures Watkins tried to print are from the internet.
He was charged with dissemination/display of child porn and production of pornography with minors. He was booked into the Madison County Detention Center.
