Authorities tell News Leader 9 they have arrested two suspects who allegedly robbed the Phenix Girard Bank on Highway 280/431 North on August 6th, but one suspect is still on loose.
Phenix City police say Dshaun Stallings, 22, and Cedric Hammond, 28, were arrested and charged with two counts each of robbery in the first degree.
