Pickled Ginger


Bias Cut Scallions

Mix soy sauce, sashimi sauce, pickled ginger, sriracha, and scallions. Roll tuna loin in the mixture. Top with your favorite fresh vegetables, garnish, or sauces. Eat dish raw, like sushi.
