TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

Alabama plays its first homegame tomorrow in Tuscaloosa against Western Kentucky and Friday, Reporter Kelvin Reynolds already found many fans setting up for the weekend.

He found dozens of tents already set up for tailgating on the quad. Kickoff is at 2:30 p.m. The University also announced some changes to gameday.

Here are a few highlights:

-Due to a new city ordinance, it is now illegal to park anywhere along Jack Warner Parkway, including on the side of the parkway and the middle median. Towing will be enforced on game days.

-A 16-feet wide emergency lane has been created on the Quad to increase fan safety this year. No tailgating will be allowed in the emergency lane. (Click here for a map of the emergency lane.)

-White lines will mark the boundary for setting up tailgating equipment as two feet from most sidewalks to allow better pedestrian flow.

-During the Western Kentucky game, tailgating will not be allowed around Russel Hall due to construction. Devotie Drive will also be closed from University Blvd. to 4th St. E.

-Parking in downtown Tuscaloosa at the Downtown Intermodal Facility parking lot will be free. Shuttle buses will take riders from the deck to the stadium for $1 per adult, 50 cents for seniors and children 3 and under for free.

-Between 1,100 and 1,200 parking spaces for people with disabilities will be available in four parking lots.
